THE MARTIAL ART OF CHOI KWANG DO 

Choi Kwang Do is a revolutionary and unique martial arts program that is founded on the principles that its self-defense techniques should generate maximum force, be practical and easy to learn, enhance an individual's health as they practice it, as well as develop mental and physical conditioning.  Choi Kwang Do promotes optimum health, self-defense, and personal development in a non-competitive and nurturing environment where students progress at their own rate.

MARCH BELT TESTINGS 

Congratulations to everyone from our Suwanee CKD School who participated in the colored, black belt striped, and black belt testings during the month of March 2008!   We had another impressive turnout of students and instructors testing for their next colored belt levels and black belt stripes! Everyone did a fantastic job!  And, please join me in congratulating the following 5 students who participated in a successful black belt testing at HQ this month: Mr. Tony Bligh, Celine Decatrel, Grant Everson, Roman Hodonsky, and Kelley McNaull!

HALL OF FAME AWARD FOR 2007!

PARTNERSHIP WITH MALARIA FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL

End Malaria

Choi Kwang Do Martial Art International is proud to announce a special partnership with the Malaria Foundation International (MFI) to participate in the "End Malaria - Blue Ribbon Event" fundraiser throughout the GA Area!  Choi Kwang Do schools will be selling coupons for $1 to new and prospective students in exchange for 1 free month of training at participating school locations!  This fundraiser will assist the MFI to not only raise awareness of malaria, but "to bring heightened global awareness, knowledge and solutions to the world’s efforts to combat malaria."  For more information about this very worthwhile organization, please click on the following links:

20th YEAR ANNIVERSARY & SEMINAR in LONDON!

UK SEMINAR 2008! 

The 20th Year Anniversary Seminar for CKD in the UK was nothing short of fantastic!  The K2 Center was filled with participants and spectators to watch and train with Grandmaster Choi as he was performing at the age of 66!  Everything from the hospitality to the seminar to the banquet to the sightseeing was amazing!
